Screentec – Vertical Bar Screen

A bar screen is a filter system designed to to remove objects such as rags, wipes and plastics, from wastewater and protect pumps from clogging. It is the first level of filtration used by wastewater treatment plants.

Aqualitec’s bar screen Screentec is an automatic vertical bar screen specifically designed for headworks, pump stations, lift stations, wet wells and manholes. It protects pumps from rags, wipes, plastics and other solids. It also prevents pumps from clogging up, extends their life cycle and improves the quality of wastewater treatment.

Screentec can be installed in many applications, including Headworks, Lift Stations, Deep Wells and Manholes. Thanks to its mechanical vertical design, it can retrofit any kind of structure with minimal or no changes. Screentec fits into narrow and deep structures, avoiding costly structural changes. It does not have any moving parts under grade level, providing easy and safe maintenance for the operational staff.

Raketec – Multiple-rake Bar Screen

Raketec is a multiple-rake bar screen system with no moving parts under grade level. It is a two-chain, free sprocket mechanism guarantying reliability and ease of use. A combination of stainless steel rakes and durable brushes thoroughly cleans debris from the screen.

Drumtec – Rotary Drum Screen

Drumtec is an internally fed rotating drum screen built for heavy pretreatment applications such as draining, mud thickening, and sandy or industrial wastewater treatment. This product is highly recommended for membrane bioreactor (MBR) treatment plants.

Drumtec is an internally fed rotary drum screen with a pinion-and-rack driving system. It provides high reliability with minimal maintenance, and little user involvement in daily operation.

Spiraltec – Spiral Screen

Spiraltec is the all-in-one, shaftless cylindrical screw screen that collects, conveys, dewaters, and compresses wastewater solids. Spiraltec is a practical solution for small footprints and shallow channels.

Grittec – Grit Classifier

Grittec is a grit classifier that separates rock, sand, and grit from screened wastewater. A large surface tank allows screened material to settle to the bottom, where a shaftless screw conveys screened debris to a dumpster.

Gravity Belt Thickener

• As a final step to increase the dry solids concentration to 6-8%, replacing conventional gravity static thickeners, flotation systems, and other inefficient technologies.
• As a pre-dewatering stage, when combined in line with a belt filter press, to optimize filter press efficiency.
• As a pre-dewatering stage before a plate filter press or centrifuge, to downsize the dewatering equipment.
• For sludge volume reduction before anaerobic digestion processes to reduce digester size.

Daftec Altec – DAF Unit

The Altec flotation unit is designed to treat wastewater with high solids loading. The capacity of the Alpha unit ranges from 5 m3/hr up to 200m3/hr.

The Altec serie is designed to create the optimal circumstances for easy separation of the solids. The large free surface area and long retention time guarantee an optimal separation performance. The solids are collected in the sludge thickener and transported to the sludge cone with a low friction scraper system. The sludge can be discharged with the sludge pump for thickening or discharge.

The Altec+ flotation unit is equipped with a sludge conveyor for discharge of heavy solids.

Daftec Deltec – DAF Unit

The Deltec flotation unit is designed to treat wastewater with medium solids loading. The capacity of the Deltec unit ranges from 5 to 200 m3/hr.

The Deltec series is designed to treat the wastewater using the Kemeo Platepack System. The Kemeo Platepack System multiplies the separation surface for effective separation, making it possible to treat a large amount of wastewater on a small footprint. The solids are collected in the sludge thickener and transported to the sludge cone with a low friction scraper system. The sludge can be discharged with the sludge pump for thickening or discharge.

The Deltec+ flotation unit is equipped with a sludge conveyor for discharge of heavy solids.

Daftec Gamtec – DAF Unit

The Gamtec flotation unit is designed to treat waste water with medium solids loading. The capacity of the Gamtec units range from 225 to 600 m3/hr.

The Gamtec series is designed to treat high flows of wastewater using the Kemeo Platepack System. The Kemeo Platepack System multiplies the separation surface for effective separation, making it possible to treat a large amount of wastewater on a small footprint. The solids are collected in the sludge thickener and transported to the sludge cone with a low friction scraper system.

The sludge can be discharged with the sludge pump for thickening or discharge.

Sigtec Altec – DAF Unit

The Sigtec flotation unit is designed to treat wastewater with medium to high solids loading. The capacity of the Sigtec units ranges from 500 to 1000 m3/hr. The Sigtec series are designed to create the optimal circumstances for easy separation of the solids. The large free surface area and long retention time guarantee an optimal separation performance. The solids are collected in the sludge thickener and transported to the sludge cone with a low friction scraper system.
